Reminder: Athletes are expected to have a total of 75% attendance which includes both practices and repair/maintenance. Athletes should also have at least 25% attendance of repair/maintenance sessions.

Sign up for iCrew

We encourage all active members to sign up for iCrew as it is our main communication method. 

Signing up

• Open iCrew (on mobile or computer) and scroll down to the list of icons.
• Locate the CTC logo (looks like a blue butterfly). Click on it.
• Click on the link that says “Register here”
• Fill in all your information-
  
  • The registration code is “ctcrocks”. 
    
  • Although it is not marked as required, please make sure to fill in an address
• Select the member profile that best aligns with you
• Select the team that best aligns with you (if you are an athlete)
• Click register.

Logging attendance

• Go to club home
• Go to attendance plans
• Use the slider to indicate whether you are attending practice or not 
  • Note: iCrew automatically marks you as attending practices, so if you know you are not attending practice, it is important to accurately reflect that
  • Bonus: there is a feature on iCrew called “dates away” (you can find it by clicking “club home” and then “dates away”). This feature will allow you to easily put in the days that you know you will be away so that your attendance will be automatically marked as “not attending” in advance.

Attending practice​

• Make sure your attendance is accurately marked for that day
• Do the COVID screener BEFORE you arrive at the boathouse
  • You can find the COVID screener from the “club home” page or in the top menu bar. It is marked by a thermometer icon. 
• When you are arriving at practice, make sure to check-in on iCrew. 
  • You can check-in by clicking the check icon in the top menu or from the “club home” page. 
  • Note: the check-in option is only available a certain time period before the start of practice. This means that you won’t be able to find the check-in button hours before practice
  • If you are arriving late/need to leave early, put that in “Note to coach”
